Karen L. WITT

Karen L. Witt passed away peacefully at Hospice Waterloo Region on April 10, 2026, in her 66th year, at the age of 65. She is survived by her loving husband, Trevor, her best friend and soulmate for 40 years. Karen was the dear mother of Jason and Allysha Witt of Waterloo, Ontario, and a loving Grandma to Fiona and Emma. She is also survived by her brother, Peter Storer, and his wife, Susanne, of Cambridge; her sister-in-law, Joan Witt, of London, Ontario; and her brother-in-law, Eric Haase, of Rochester, New York. Karen was loved by her many nieces and nephews. A visitation for friends and family will be held at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre on Friday, April 17th, from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 18th, at 6:00 p.m. at the Margaret Avenue Congregation of the New Apostolic Church, with Priest Corey Lindner officiating. A fellowship reception will follow immediately in the fellowship hall of the congregation. The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Bullock and the wonderful nursing and administration staff at Waterloo Hospice, who made Karen's last weeks peaceful and dignified. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the New Apostolic Church Foreign Extension or to Hospice Waterloo Region as expressions of sympathy.
