Born on April 14, 1946, Jose is remembered fondly by his wife, Cidália, his daughters, Dorothy and Ana, and his granddaughter, Penélope, along with many other family members and friends. He was predeceased by his father, José Carlos Neto Ferreira. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will follow at 2:15 PM at Parkview Cemetery in Waterloo. Jose's warmth and thoughtfulness will be deeply missed, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
