Jo-Anne Jacobs

Jo-Anne Jacobs of Waterloo passed away on May 27, 2026, just one day before her 82nd birthday, at the age of 81. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Jake, on April 6, 2026, and by her parents, Ida and Harold Fromm of Maryhill. Jo-Anne will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter, Stacey Jacobs, and her husband Vinay; her sons, Michael Jacobs and his wife Stephanie, and Matthew Jacobs and his wife Amanda; and her cherished grandson, Harrison. She is also survived by her brothers Charlie Fromm and his wife Mable, and Garry Fromm and his wife Jean, all of Maryhill. A devoted Catholic and kindergarten teacher with the Waterloo Catholic District School Board, Jo-Anne is remembered for her warmth, kindness, and caring spirit.
