Jean (nee Kasapchuk) McPherson

Jean McPherson (nee Kasapchuk) passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the age of 87, in Kitchener, ON. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul (2019), with whom she celebrated 60 years of marriage on November 14, 2018. Jean was the loving mother of David McPherson (Brenda Teply) and Bruce McPherson (Jogie Gabriel), proud grandmother of Cody McPherson (Shannon McPherson), Casey McPherson (Graham Stevenson), Jamie Teply, Sebastian Gabriel, and Stefen Gabriel, and adoring great-grandmother of Finnley, Brantley, and Maddox. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Kathleen (nee Yanish), and her sister, Carol (Jerry). A private celebration will take place at a later date.
