Jean McKay

Jean McKay passed away on April 20, 2026, at her home in Kitchener, ON at the age of 99. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John 'Norman' McKay. Jean is lovingly remembered by her children, Laurie McKay (Olivier Niquette), Kevin McKay, and Colleen Crane (Tom). She was a much loved grandmother of Teresa Heaton, Carl McKay, Derek Restivo, Lea Restivo, Ellen Crane, and Nathaniel Crane, and a cherished great-grandmother of Lucas Heaton, Russell Heaton, Mica Reilly, and Violet Reilly. Jean will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, and visitation will continue from 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. on Monday, April 27th, followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. and a reception. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family and may be made at the funeral home or online directly through the charity's website.
