Jason Eby

Jason Eby passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 43. He was the beloved son of Patricia and Donn (Nancy), a proud father of Dezmond J Eby, and a loving brother of Jenna Eby (Edgar). Jason will also be remembered as a dear uncle of Monty, and he will be greatly missed by his girlfriend Chantelle Duchesne, grandmother Jean Wood, cousins Justin (Naz) and Corey, aunt Heather (Andy), uncle Bob (Donna), and many more aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Robert Wood and Mary and Foster Eby. Jason's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00PM - 5:00PM on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Tributes to begin at 4:30PM. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
