Isabel Rice (nee George)

Isabel Rice (nee George) passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026, in Kitchener, Ontario, in her 90th year, at the age of 89. She will be dearly missed by her husband of 67 years, Jack, and her four sons, Stephen (Barbara), Paul, Craig (Barb), and Kent (Heather). She was the loving and proud grandma to eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of Isabel's life will be held Saturday, March 14th at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa Street South in Kitchener, with visitation at 10 a.m., a Memorial service at 11 a.m., followed by a Reception at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society, Forest Hill United Church, or Innisfree Hospice would be appreciated.
