Gordon REEVE

Gordon Reeve passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 83. Born and raised in Galt, he spent most of his life in Kitchener. Gord proudly served in the Navy for approximately three years before beginning a long career as a truck driver. He traveled across every province in Canada and every state in the United States. Gord's greatest joy was being at home with his family, cherishing time spent with his wife, Patricia, and children, Mike, Jesse, Maureen, and Kelly, and taking great pride in his beloved grandchildren. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge and life experiences with others and had interests including fishing, camping, playing cards, reading, and the occasional vacation. Gord was also an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Blue Jays. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Patricia; his sons, Mike and Jesse; his daughters, Maureen and Kelly; and his adored grandchildren. He will also be deeply missed by his sisters, brother, extended family, and many friends. Gord was predeceased by his son, Jake, and grandson, Kent. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa Street South, Kitchener. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m., followed by the service at 4:00 p.m. Donations may be made to The Salvation Army or the Canadian Red Cross as an expression of sympathy.
