Evangelia Deligiannis

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Evangelia Deligiannis of Kitchener, Ontario. Evangelia was born on March 29, 1934, and she passed away on October 14, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband, Elias Deligiannis (Louis). Evangelia is survived by her sons, Constantine "Dino" (Nancy), George (Sharon), and Athanasios "Tom" (Kelly), as well as her grandchildren, Katryna, Adrian (Molly), Nick (Andrea), Chris, Eva (Pascal), and John. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd., located at 507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5. A funeral service took place on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, situated at 527 Bridgeport Rd, Kitchener, ON N2K1N6. Following the service, a burial was conducted at 11:15 AM at Parkview Cemetery, located at 335 University Ave E, Waterloo, ON N2K4P4. The family kindly requests that donations be made to the Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church or a charity of your choosing. Donations may be made at the funeral home or directly through the charity's website.
