Doreen (Brandow) Knowles

Doreen (Brandow) Knowles of Kitchener, Ontario, passed away on October 22, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on September 3, 1942, Doreen was a cherished member of her family, friends, and community. She was predeceased by her parents, Anne Harper and Jim Harper, and her sister, Bev DeLand (Bill) of Tottenham. Doreen is survived by her children, Dave (Anna) of Hamilton, Deb (Brad) of Waterloo, and Sharon of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Lisa, Vera, Alex, Wes, Terra, and Danny; and her brother, Larry Harper (Barb) of Belgrave. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of a donation in her name to the SPCA (Newmarket) or The Darling Home for Kids (Milton).
