Born on January 17, 1963, Dagmar was a lifelong resident of New Hamburg. She is survived by her husband Tom Otto, whom she met at the age of 14 and married on August 21, 1982. Dagmar and Tom have two children, Tara (Stephen) Parker of Tavistock and Joshua Otto of Cupertino, California, and twin grandsons Jamie and Andrew Parker. She is also survived by her three sisters. Dagmar was predeceased by no one mentioned in the obituary. A respected optometrist, Dagmar will be remembered for her kindness and compassion.
