Claudine Maria Dey

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Claudine Maria Dey of Kitchener, Ontario, who departed this life on September 18, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on May 28, 1943, Claudine was predeceased by her parents, Claude and Genelda Simon, as well as her brothers, Patrick, Paul, and Robert. She is survived by her devoted husband, Gaskin Dey, and her children, Yonnette, Quaison, Jomo (Coretta), and Lucinda (James). Claudine also leaves behind her grandsons, Gabriel, Elijah, and Ezekiel, along with her siblings, Llewellyn, Edward, Peter, Phillip, Joy, and Royston, as well as numerous relatives and friends. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. A funeral service will follow on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with burial at Parkview Cemetery at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated.
