Barbara Lorraine MCMURRAY

Barbara Lorraine McMurray passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 101, at Sunnyside Home, Kitchener. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Barbara Paget (Rick), David McMurray, and Andrea Silverman, as well as her grandchildren, Ashley Paget (Jeff), Jenna Paget Sherboneau (Kurtis), Justin Silverman (Sarah), and Jonathan Silverman. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Jack Silverman, Charlotte Sherboneau, and Theodore Sherboneau. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Jack McMurray, in 1991, son-in-law Gerald Silverman in 2021, and daughter-in-law Josephine McMurray in 2025. Born and raised in London, Ontario, Barbara was the only child of Orman and Luella Poast. She worked at London Life before marrying her high school sweetheart, Jack McMurray, in 1947. Arrangements are being handled by Erb & Good Family Funeral Home Ltd.
