Antonio "Tony" Silva Capa

Antonio 'Tony' Silva Capa passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the age of 72. He is survived by his devoted wife, Grace, and was the proud and loving father of Michael (Amy), Jonathan (Paula), and Jennifer (Dan). He was the cherished grandfather to Jordan, Brady, Martin, and Stephen. Tony was a dear brother to Frank, Manuel (Wendy), Rosamaria (Valdemar), Adelaide (Joe), Americo (Paula), Aurora (Glenn), and Gorete. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Bert (Mary Lou) and will be fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of very good friends and neighbours. He is now reunited with his parents, Lourenço and Maria Capa; his parents-in-law, Filomeno and Diamantina Raposo; and his sister-in-law, Christina Raposo. Tony was a longtime active member and usher at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and took immense pride in his own home and vegetable garden. He was extremely giving with his time and had a talent for woodworking, crafting beautiful pieces for his family. His legacy lives on through the many handmade items that adorn the homes of those he loved.
