Anna Schwab

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Anna Schwab in Kitchener, Ontario, on August 26, 2026, at the age of 94. Born on November 14, 1931, Anna was predeceased by her husband Karl and her siblings Hedwig, Alma, Sara 'Klara', Ruth, Adam, Eli 'Peter', Daniel, and Paul. She is survived by her children Harry (Jean), Rose Wagner (Brent), and Lisa George (Christopher), along with her grandchildren Eric (Jess), Kristi (Kyle), Benjamin (Lucy), Noah, Ethan, and Hailey, and great-grandchildren Vada, Xander, Weston, and Paisley. Anna is also survived by her sister Martha Werner, her siblings-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation took place on August 31, 2026, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service on September 1, 2026, at Hope Lutheran Church, and burial at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated.
