Anna Mahler (Koenig)

Anna Mahler (Koenig) passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at the age of 100, surrounded by family. She was the beloved mother of John (Margit) and Maryanne, and was predeceased by her husband John Sr. Anna will be missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews in Vancouver, Austria, and Colorado. The family would like to extend special thanks to the hospital staff and Nurse Alley. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 9th, and from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. on Friday, April 10th at Henry Walser Funeral Home, located at 507 Frederick Street in Kitchener. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 10th, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
