PATRICK JOSEPH MCCUE
Patrick Joseph McCue passed away peacefully surrounded by his adoring wife, Nancy, and daughters on April 21, 2026. He was the cherished husband of Nancy and devoted father to Beth, married to Tom, Linda, Colleen, married to Victor, and Heather, married to Kyle. Patrick was also a loving grandfather to Colleen's child, Jonah, Patrick, Carlo, Helen, Michelle, Lily, and Rose, and great-grandfather to Finn. He was the loyal son of Fonce and Agnes McCue and big brother to Tim, Mary, Mike, Colleen, Colin, Moe, and Marg. Patrick grew up in Odessa and was a proud Queen's alumnus and dedicated Golden Gaels fan. He had a remarkable career at IBM and was rewarded with twenty-five years of retirement at Loon Lane with Nancy. Patrick was devoted to his family, his faith, his work, and his community, contributing generously to causes close to his heart. Friends will be received at Robert J. Reid & Sons Funeral Home, 309 Johnson St., Kingston, ON, on Wednesday, April 29th, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. A service of thanksgiving to God will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Kingston, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Donations in Patrick's memory may be made to the Cancer Care/Kingston Health Sciences Centre or Providence Care AB Smith Homestead House Hospice.
