Margaret Jean McDonald

Margaret Jean McDonald passed away peacefully at Woodland Villa in Long Sault on August 25, 2026, at the age of 93. A passionate curler, she enjoyed many fulfilling years at the Royal Kingston Curling Club and the Cataraqui Golf and Country Club. Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Eugene "Lefty" McDonald and a loving mother to Kevin of Toronto and Scott (Lori) of Long Sault. She was a cherished grandmother to Regan and Reese and a dear sister to John and Anne. Margaret was predeceased by her siblings George, Donald, Archie, and Marion. Friends and family are invited to Wartman Funeral Home - Kingston on September 10, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a service to follow at 1 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of choice.
