Harry MacDonald

Harry MacDonald, born on April 2, 1934, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 92. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rita (O'Meara), and their children: Kelly (Frank Tries) of Kamloops, Chris (Anne) of Kingston, Michael (Tish) of Uxbridge, and Mark (Karen) of Frankford. Harry was a proud grandfather to Frank, Clare, Katherine, Rebecca, Mary, Mark, Emily, Mikaela, Andrew, and Sarah. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Margaret, nieces Lynn and Kim, nephew Stuart, and numerous extended family members. Harry was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Irmine (Aurie), his brother Gordon, and his niece Tammy. A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, located at 392 Palace Rd, Kingston, ON K7L4T3. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Harry's memory to the Partners In Mission Food Bank or the University Hospital Kingston Foundation.
