Douglas Earle Yarwood of Kingston, Ontario, was born on October 20, 1943, and died on August 25, 2026, at the age of 82. He is survived by his siblings Lynn (Monique) and Beth Welles, his nephew Wallace (Nathalie), his niece Sara (Craig), and great‑nephews and great‑nieces Daniel, Ben, Ella, Jonathan, Thomas and Owen, as well as numerous cousins. A celebration of life will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Celebration Centre of James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M 7H3. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the family’s choice in Doug’s honour.
