Cynthia Carruthers

Cynthia Carruthers of Kingston, Ontario, passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on July 30, 1954, she was a beloved member of her family and community. Cynthia is survived by her husband, Derby Carruthers, and her parents, Sherwood Griffith and Mae-Pauline Griffith. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, and she will be remembered for the cherished moments shared with family, friends, and colleagues. A funeral service was held on September 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Tamworth Cemetery Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Cynthia's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Tamworth Cemetery.
