Magdalene Mary (Leny) VAN DEN ENDEN passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 96. Leny, beloved wife of the late Frank van den Enden (2020), was the loving mother of James (Patricia), Joanne (Peter), Bill (Kathrin), and Nelly (Vernon). She was a proud and loving Oma of Lori, Jasmin (Thom), Rodrik, Stephen, Reilly, Kyra (Sebastian), and Sonja. Leny is survived by her sisters Henny and Toos, and many other family members in Europe and Canada. Born in the Netherlands, Leny met Frank while visiting family in Canada, and they later married in Holland and settled in Ajax, Ontario. Friends will be received at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford, Ontario, on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 12-1 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Pioneer Cemetery, Burford, Ontario. Donations in Leny's memory may be made directly to the Alzheimer Society.
