Peter JORG

Peter Jorg, a resident of Kincardine Township and formerly of Kitchener-Waterloo, passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 73, after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Judy Jorg, and their children, Matthew Jorg, Christie Jorg, and Lucas Jorg, as well as his brother-in-law David Lankowski, sister-in-law JoAnn Chesher, and several nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Rosa Jorg, brother-in-law Ronald Lankowski, and sisters-in-law Jill Lankowski and Judie Lankowski. Throughout his career, Peter worked as an OPP officer in Toronto and Red Lake, and later became the manager of security services at Wilfrid Laurier University. After retiring, he worked as a school bus driver with Ross Young Bus Lines. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Soong, Dr. Montpellier, Dr. Aboo, and the medical team at London's University Hospital, as well as his home care nurses. A private celebration of Peter's life will be held at a later date, and memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
