It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Phirom Jessica Ly, of Keswick, Ontario, who departed this life on October 5, 2026, at the age of 46. Phirom was born on April 7, 1980. She is survived by her beloved children, Aria Tokarz Ly and Isla Tokarz Ly; her parents, Sokha Chin and Heang Ly; and her sibling, Vutha Ly. Visitation took place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at M. W. Becker Funeral Home, located at 490 The Queensway S, Keswick, ON L4P2E3. A prayer service followed at 12:30 PM at Keswick Cemetery, 565 Varney Rd, Keswick, ON L4P3G1. Flowers are welcome in memory of Phirom.
