Kay Louise Belk of Keswick, Ontario passed away on March 27, 2026, at the age of 80. She is survived by her spouse Russell Belk, her daughter Amy Belk (Robert Pepper) of Fairfax, Virginia, her grandchildren Zoe Pepper (Zach Tolbert) and Ethan Pepper (Grace), her great grandchild Ainsley, and her sister Judith Stoneman. Memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, USA.
