Born on April 9, 1981, Jason will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by his parents, Doug Weeks and Kim Weeks. Jason is survived by his stepparents, Jeff and Connie, and his brother Sean. In memory of Jason, donations to the Georgina Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
