He is survived by his sons, Bradford and Jarrod, as well as his siblings, Loraine and Buffalo, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews. Richard was predeceased by his parents, Marie Kelly and Paul Kelly, his siblings Agnes Lorna, Gloria, and Billy, and his sister-in-law Liza Jane. His influence on those around him will be remembered fondly, and he will be missed by all who knew him.
