The family of Nyssa Sherkora Joseph of Kenora, Ontario, announces her passing on August 14, 2026. Born on October 18, 2005, Nyssa is remembered fondly by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her warmth and thoughtfulness left a lasting impact on those around her. While she will be deeply missed, her influence will continue to resonate in the hearts of her loved ones. The family expresses gratitude to the Kenora OPP, Treaty Three Police, Kenora Paramedics, Dr. Lass, Naotkamegwanning Band Office, Health Services, Shawendaasowin & Prevention Services, Women's Shelter, and the golfers for their donations, as well as to Anne Shebagegit, Melvina Cowley, Cory Jinkerson of Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, and the Naotkamegwanning community and surrounding areas for their love and support.
