Eva Viola Woods

Eva Viola Woods of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, was born on July 2, 1934, and died on July 24, 2026, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her husband Glen Douglas Woods and her grandsons Kevin Allan Hale and Christopher Logan Woods. Survivors include her children Patty Hale (Allan), Paul Woods (Christy) and Pam Paish (Brett); grandchildren Leanne, Emily Hale (Cole), Matthew, Morgan Woods, Mark (Robyn), Kelly and Shawn Paish; great‑grandchild Scarlett; her sisters Helen (Reuben Dawe), Mary (Alton Elliott) and Frances (George Giles); and her pet Lily. A celebration of life is scheduled for Friday, August 28, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Trinity United Church, 6 King St W, Omemee, ON K0L2W0. Memorial contributions may be directed to The Alzheimer’s Society or Trinity United Church through Mackey Funeral Home.
