Cassandra Leigh Brenda Prescott-Flynn
The family of Cassandra Leigh Brenda Prescott-Flynn of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, announces her passing on September 24, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on October 15, 1946, Cassandra is fondly remembered by her family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Sydney and Helen York; her husband, Ed Flynn; grandchildren, Caitlin McManus and Gage Robson; and siblings, John York, Gail Kennedy (David), Melody Quibell (Gary), and Liz Jetten-Cunningham (Doug). Cassandra is survived by her children, Becky McManus (Sean), Tim Prescott (Tanya), Lisa Teal (Brian), Amanda Prescott, and Tom Flynn, along with her grandchildren, Dylan McManus (Kylie), Hailey, Nolan, Cole Prescott, Dalton, Levi Teal (Jordan), Chloe Timms (Jacob), Justin Flynn, Lyla, and Scarlett Timms, and Lisa Rousche. Visitation will take place on September 29 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and September 30 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Stoddart Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM and burial at Riverside Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Memorial donations to the Kawartha Lakes Food Bank are appreciated.
