April Joy Reid

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of April Joy Reid, of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, who departed this life on September 7, 2026, at the age of 84. April was born on April 11, 1942. She was predeceased by her husband, Duncan Paul Reid. April is survived by her children, James, Troy Hobbs, and Colleen Reid (Danny), along with her grandchildren, Andrew, Christine, and Gerry, and her great-grandchildren, Dominyk, Adelyn, and Atticus. She is also remembered by her friend, Cathy Silverthorn, as well as her nephews and nieces. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
