Anne Barbara Currins

Anne Barbara Currins was born on August 2, 1936, and died on August 11, 2026, at the age of 90. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon Currins, her parents Carlisle and Gladys (Weldon) Maunder, and her siblings Clifford (married to Doris), Ruth (married to Ken) Bray Alsop, and Marie (married to Clare) Parson. Survivors include her sons David (who was married to the late Kathy), Wayne, and Larry (married to Judy); grandchildren Ian (married to Julie), Angela, Ryan (married to Tori), Andrew, Dan (married to Kerri), Adam (married to Carolyn), and Christopher (married to Jacqui); great‑grandchildren Brooklyn (married to James), Sawyer, Cash, Ruby, Easton, Athena, Everly, Declan, Emmett, and Bryar; and great‑great‑grandchild Charlotte. Visitation took place on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Celebrations Lindsay, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay, Ontario. The funeral service was held the same day at 2:30 p.m. at Mackey Celebrations Inc., the same address, followed by a reception at 3:00 p.m. Donations may be made online or by cheque through Mackey Funeral Home to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
