Holly Dobson of Kanata, Ontario, died on August 24, 2026, at the age of 99. She was born on March 11, 1927. Holly was predeceased by her parents, Redver W. Mather of Chatham, N.B., and Beatrice Mather (Jamieson) of Sunny Brae; her husband, R. Avon Dobson; and her siblings, Patricia and Redver "Ted" Mather. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Reiter (John) of Kanata; her granddaughters, Cathy (Lance) and Shelly (Crispin), both of Stittsville; her great‑grandchildren, Edan, Oliver, Jordan, Dexter and Archer; as well as several nieces and nephews.
