Jeanette June Martin (June)

Jeanette June Martin, known as June, passed away peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the age of 93, surrounded by her daughters. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 69 years, Ernie Martin, in 2022. Born on June 19, 1931, June was raised in Highland Creek by her Ukrainian parents, Lena and Paul Smusiak, along with her big brothers Mitch, Steve, and Joe, all of whom predeceased her. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Donna, Debbie, and Dianne, and their spouses, Rick Sidey, Steve Bradley, and John Terry. June is also cherished by her grandchildren, Pamela Sidey, Alexandra Sidey, Richard Sidey, Stefanie Bradley, Dustin Bradley, Chris Terry, and Caitlin Terry, as well as her great-grandchildren, Teddy, Willa, and Riley Welsh, Leah, Mya, and Jaxon Bradley, and Brooks Terry. June will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbours.
