Matthew Peter Campbell Bird of Holland Landing, Ontario, passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 38. He is survived by his parents, Patricia Bird of Newmarket and Peter Bird of Holland Landing; his stepmother Deborah Champ; his sister Jennifer Bird of Aurora; and his niece Kate Bird. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Southlake Foundation, with proceeds directed to the ICU.
