William "Bill" James LAWSON

William 'Bill' James Lawson passed away on July 11, 2026, at the age of 66, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Rosemary, and their children, William, Jason, and Cynthia. Bill was a devoted grandfather to Ava, Harper, William, Logan, Lucy, and Tianna. He is also survived by his father, Albert Lawson, and was predeceased by his mother, Beverley Lawson, and sister, Debra. Bill had a long and dedicated career at Dofasco, spanning 40 years, and was an avid hockey enthusiast. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the local hockey community. A visitation will be held on July 17, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m. and a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of choice are appreciated.
