Thị Lý Trần

Trần Thị Lý passed away on June 15, 2026, in Hamilton, at the age of 80. She was the beloved wife of Vũ Đức Thanh, with whom she shared over 42 years of marriage, and a devoted mother to her daughter, Christine-Marie Mỹ Trân Vũ. Born to Trần Văn Quế and Tăng Nghành, she was a dear sister to Trần Thị Huệ, Trần Văn Tùng, Trần Hồng Điệp, Trần Hồng Lê, Trần Chí Thiện, and Trần Kim Phượng. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Trần Thị Lý was a pharmacist in Hamilton for over 30 years, serving the local and Vietnamese communities with compassion and dedication. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton or the Hamilton Food Share. Visitation will be held at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel on Friday, June 19th, from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Vietnam Parish on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 10 a.m., followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Burlington.
