Ross Knowles

Ross Knowles passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 89. Born in Buthurst, New Brunswick, he moved to Hamilton where he worked at Dofasco for 35 years, retiring in 1991. He was reunited with his wife, Gerri, who predeceased him in 2024, after 64 years of marriage. Ross leaves behind his daughters, Sharon and Debbie, and their children, Jenna, Katie, and Brent. He will also be remembered by his sister, Opal, brother, Hazen, and in-laws, Lawrence, Janet, and Beth, as well as his nieces and nephews, and the Almeida Family. Predeceased by his parents, Marion and Lee Knowles, and siblings, Greta, Lois, Tracy, Neva, and Douglas.
