Muriel (Morrison) Freeland

Muriel (Morrison) Freeland passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 102. Born on July 10, 1924, in Hamilton, Ontario, she is fondly remembered by her family, friends, and colleagues. Muriel was predeceased by her husbands, Alexander Maclean Morrison and John Moyer Freeland. She is survived by her daughters, Fiona and Elspeth; her grandson James (Selena); her great-grandchildren, Aria and Roen; and her extended family, Mashell and Anita. A celebration of her life will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Cresmount Funeral Home, located at 322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated, reflecting the many causes she supported throughout her life.
