Melvyn James SHEDDEN

Melvyn James Shedden passed away on February 3, 2026. He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Joan (nee Drotos), who passed away in 2025. He will be missed by his children, Mark and Jason, and their spouses, Jaime and Alison. Melvyn was a proud and loving grandfather to Jack, Raegan, Brody, Carter, Lucas, Max, and Emerson. He was also predeceased by his brother, Roger, and his parents, William and Mildred. Survived by his sister-in-laws, Lynn Shedden and Donna (George) Zaborsky, and his nephews, Paul (Kelly), Tyler, and niece Tara (Brent). Family will receive friends at the L.G. Wallace Funeral Home, 151 Ottawa Street North, on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., with a service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. to follow. Cremation will follow.
