Mary Sophie TURNBULL

Mary Sophie Turnbull passed away on August 8, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on June 1, 1954, in Hamilton, she was the beloved wife of Bruce Turnbull, and a proud mother to Elizabeth, Jessica, and Ryan. She was also a doting Yiayia to Rhiannon, Caleb, Vivian, and Everett. Sophie was predeceased by her parents, Nikolaus and Marina Perioris. She will be greatly missed by her siblings, Kleo, Anna, Christina, Stratus, and Mersina, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends. A visitation will be held on August 17th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cresmount Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service on August 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Panagia Greek Orthodox Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice or Keaton's House — Paul Paletta Children's Hospice in her memory.
