Mary MUHAR

Mary Muhar passed away on March 16, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on October 14, 1937, in Karlovac, Croatia to Peter and Mare Miljenovic, Mary is now reunited with her beloved husband Martin. She will be dearly missed by her children, Nancy and her husband Stephen, Mariann and her late husband Fred, and was a loving Nannie to Alexander and Nicole. Mary will be lovingly remembered by all her friends and relatives in Canada and Croatia. The family would like to thank the staff at Madison Village for their care and compassion. A visitation will be held at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home on Friday, March 20, from 5-8:30 p.m., with a rosary at 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Catholic Church on Saturday, March 21 at 10 a.m., followed by interment at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery. Donations may be made to Holy Cross Croatian Parish or a charity of your choice. Mary is predeceased by her husband Martin and her son-in-law Fred.
