Mary Elizabeth TILDESLEY

Mary Elizabeth TILDESLEY passed away peacefully at Hamilton Continuing Care on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the age of 75. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Stanley, who died in 2009. Mary is lovingly remembered by her children, Meagan (Rob), Laura, and Martha (John), and her cherished grandson Braeden. She is also survived by her siblings, Greg (Diane) and Ron. Mary was born in Sarnia, Ontario. She spent many years working as a secretary for the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic School Board and was a big fan of animals, caring for many pets over her lifetime. Mary enjoyed sitting on a patio with a beer and listening to music or watching her beloved Toronto Blue Jays. Visitation will be held at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sts. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, 50 Brucedale Ave E., Hamilton on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In Mary's memory, donations to The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
