Marie Meiritz

Marie Meiritz, born on March 7, 1934, passed away on October 23, 2026, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her husband, Hans Meiritz. Marie is survived by her daughters, Debbie Meiritz and Elke Meiritz, as well as her grandchildren, Matthew McKay (Shari), Nick McKay, Kyle Clarke, Isabella Meiritz-Harrison, Jesse, Arianna, Cassia, Mia, and Silas. She also leaves behind extended family and many dear friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cresmount Funeral Home, located at 322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Mission Baptist Church, 100 N Oval, Hamilton, ON L8S3Z1.
