Lois Mae (Bates Walsh) Donovan

Lois Mae (Bates Walsh) Donovan of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 92. Born on July 23, 1934, Lois was a cherished presence in the lives of her family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Robert Child and Ruby Child, and her sister Marion. Lois is survived by her husband Ken Bates and her sons, Brian Walsh (Judith) and Kevin Walsh (Shirley). Her kindness and warmth left a lasting impression on all who knew her. In honor of Lois, the family appreciates memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society.
