Joy Ella Poirier

Joy Ella Poirier of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 69. She is survived by her husband, Dave; her son, Jeremy (Amanda); and her granddaughter, Lena. Joy also leaves behind her stepchildren, Mark (Tina) and Tara (Ron), along with her stepgrandchildren, Alex and Charlotte. She was the beloved daughter of Connie and Walter Tingley and is remembered by her sisters, Cindy, Tracey (Jules), and Trina (John), as well as her brother-in-law, Michel, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. A celebration of Joy's life will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 163, located at 435 Limeridge Rd E, Hamilton, ON L9A2S8. Family and friends are invited to share their condolences and memories during this time.
