John Sutton

John Sutton of Hamilton, Ontario, born on September 26, 1943, passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 83. He was predeceased by his brother Stan Sutton, as well as his siblings-in-law, Jack Redding and Lorraine Sutton. John is survived by his beloved wife Cathy, their child Leslie (Mike), and his cherished grandchildren, Stacey (Matt), Lindsey (Kurtis), Jessica (Simon), Jonathan, and Jahnia. He is also survived by his sister Mary Redding and sisters-in-law Diana Duffy and Mary Cleland. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Hamilton Chapel. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church. Donations may be made to CAPS or Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.
