John MADJERUH

John Madjeruh passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 66. He was a devoted partner to Debbie Desharnais and a beloved brother of Branko (Marta), Joe (Annette), and Evana Agostini. He will also be lovingly remembered by his niece Natasha A. and nephew Nickolas S. Predeceased by his parents Josip and Zorica Madjeruh, John was a truly selfless individual who always put the needs of loved ones before his own. He was an electrician and a proud member of the local IBEW 105, where he also served as a welding instructor for several years before retirement. Visitation will be held at Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton, on Monday, February 23rd from 4-8 p.m. with Prayers at 6:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Catholic Church, 1883 King Street East, Hamilton, on Tuesday, February 24th at 10 a.m., followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
