The family of Joanne McHugh announces her passing on September 22, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on October 13, 1944, in Hamilton, Ontario, Joanne was a cherished presence in the lives of her family and friends. She is predeceased by her husband, James Terrence McHugh, and her parents, Charles Alexander and Jeanne Thompson. Joanne is survived by her daughters, Lesley (Mike) and Andrea (Edward), and her granddaughter, Charlotte. Her family will remember her for the joy she brought into their lives and the lasting bonds she created.
