James "Jim" MURPHY

James "Jim" Murphy passed away on February 3, 2026, in his 78th year at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Muriel, as well as his siblings John, Francis, and Mary Helen. Jim is survived by his sister-in-law Marjorie Murphy and his nieces, Lisa and Cheryl. A devoted parishioner of the Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King, he had a passion for cycling and enjoyed spending time outdoors. The family extends their gratitude to the staff at St. Joseph's Hospital and Wentworth Lodge for their exceptional care. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
